Website use
Content on this site describes payroll audit automation services for information only. It does not create a contract until both parties accept a written engagement brief. You may not scrape, mirror, or misuse the site in a way that disrupts service for others.
Engagements
Paid work begins only after a written scope, fee, and timeline are agreed. Deliverables are limited to those named in the scope—typically control maps, sampling worksheets, findings registers, deduction reviews, or reconciliation frameworks. We do not provide regulated audit opinions unless separately contracted with a licensed firm.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy of payroll data, system access you grant, and decisions made after receiving our findings. Timely access to evidence is required for us to meet the agreed timeline.
Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the engagement brief. This website does not process payments. Invoices are issued separately according to the agreed schedule. Late payment may pause remaining work.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered artefacts for your internal payroll and audit purposes. Our methods, templates, and pre-existing materials remain ours unless assigned in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable UK law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Engagement-specific terms in a signed brief take precedence for that engagement.
